Bus Loop looks simple until four buses are waiting and the loop is full. These twelve habits make the difference between a calm clear and a last-second jam.

1. Read the arrow before you tap

The arrow is the only direction a bus can leave. A short path is not automatically a free path. Trace the full lane to the edge of the car park before committing.

2. Send one colour at a time

Opening several colours at once fills bays with buses that cannot finish. Clear one queue, then start the next.

3. Watch the loop, not just the car park

The bus is ready; the passengers may not be. Wait until the matching colour is close to the boarding point. This is especially important when a colour appears in several columns.

4. Keep one bay free

Four bays feel generous until a fifth bus needs somewhere to go. While a bus is loading, try to leave at least one bay empty as a buffer.

5. Use the free crane early, but not instantly

The first crane in every level is free. Use it on a genuinely blocking vehicle, not on the first bus you see. Removing a central blocker can free several paths at once.

6. Save rewarded boosters for a real jam

If a level is flowing, do not spend an ad on a bay. Boosters are most valuable when two buses are full, one is loading and the next colour is far away.

7. Learn the late-game rhythm

Later levels use two or three bays, more colours and denser parking. The safe pattern is: release, load, depart, then release the next bus. Do not stack three unfinished buses.

8. Count passengers, not vehicles

A large bus needs 40 passengers. If only 24 of that colour remain, the bus can never fill. Check the remaining total before sending a large vehicle.

9. Use pause as a planning tool

Pausing costs nothing. Use it to trace the next three moves and to see which colour is approaching the boarding point.

10. Restart is cheaper than a bad save

A restart costs no coins and no ads. If three bays are blocked and the loop is far from the right colour, restart with a cleaner plan.

11. Treat the first sixty levels as practice

All levels 1–60 are open. If one layout defeats you, try another for a while; the mechanics repeat, and the practice carries over.

12. Watch the timer, not the clock

The bay timer only starts when every bay is full and nothing is loading or departing. You often have more time than the red warning suggests.

Quick rule: if you cannot say which colour boards next, pause. Sending a bus without a passenger plan is how bays fill.
